Vitamins generally are either fat soluble or water soluble. Vitamin A is a fat soluble vitamin which is generally stored in the fat tissue of the human body. It is stored for few days to 6 months. Vitamin A benefits the body by acting as an antioxidant. It helps in the maintenance of the vital organs like heart kidney and lungs. It fights against the cell damage and protects the growth of new cells. The vitamin is categorized in two forms.
